AmCAD-UO is an ultrasound based detection system for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).   While PSG diagnoses sleep disorder through physiological index overnight, AmCAD®-UO provides efficient anatomical OSA detection for awake patients within 10 minutes, opening the door for immediate results at out-patient visits. With laser-guided positioning and AI, AmCAD®-UO can scan the upper airway with precision then analyze the gap between normal breathing and Müller Maneuver that mimics collapse in the airway that causes snoring and apnea.
