MEDICAL FAIR ASIA 2016 continues its growing success!

The region’s leading exhibition for the medical and healthcare sector reports record-breaking numbers for its 11th edition. MEDICAL FAIR ASIA 2016, which saw a 30% increase in floor space than the previous edition, was entirely filled by 830 international companies from 40 countries. Visitor numbers also increased, attracting an attendance of 12,100, with 40% coming from overseas. International visitors came mainly from all over Southeast Asia along with India, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Australia.

Making their debut alongside MEDICAL FAIR ASIA 2016 were a series of well-attended expert conferences and seminars, technical presentations and product demonstrations. The inaugural staging of the MEDICAL FAIR ASIA MEDICINE + SPORTS CONFERENCE, Disaster and Military Medicine (DiMiMED) Asia Conference and the Medical Innovation and Technology Forum saw attendees from 24 countries take part in 11 sessions.

The fourth edition of MEDICAL MANUFACTURING ASIA makes a return to Singapore as the region's leading specialist trade fair for Asia's medtech and medical manufacturing processes sectors.

Jointly organised by SPETA (Singapore Precision Engineering and Technology Association) and Messe Düsseldorf Asia, MEDICAL MANUFACTURING ASIA will feature an extensive product range covering the upstream and downstream processes in medtech sectors, including new materials, components, intermediate products, packaging and services, to micro and nanotechnology, testing systems and services, as well as materials, substance and components for medical technology. Industry-focused business forums will also headline the upcoming edition of the specialist trade fair.

Modelled after COMPAMED in Germany, MEDICAL MANUFACTURING ASIA is co-located with MEDICAL FAIR ASIA – the No. 1 medical and healthcare exhibition in Southeast Asia with a focus on the equipment and supplies for the hospital, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, medical and rehabilitation sectors.

MEDICAL MANUFACTURING ASIA 2016: Positive showing with top quality prospects

MEDICAL MANUFACTURING ASIA 2016 – the 3rd Manufacturing Processes for Medical Technology Exhibition and Conference closed on 2 September to a positive note of 5,420 quality trade visitors from 52 countries, with more than 30% coming from overseas. The importance of MEDICAL MANUFACTURING ASIA 2016 as an arena for the display of the latest technologies and solutions from the medical technology and medical manufacturing processes sector was further highlighted by the strong participation of 200 exhibitors from 18 countries.
